Sandy Piha is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a prestigious designation from the National Association of Realtors that indicates his expertise in commercial real estate. For 25 years, he has helped businesses and property owners acquire, sell, manage and lease industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties throughout the Greater Seattle Area.

He has particular knowledge of the Mercer Island area, where he lives with his wife and three sons. As a local homeowner, Sandy has a vested interest in improving Mercer Island’s built environment and economy by helping businesses and landlords succeed.

Sandy’s commitment to the community results in long-standing relationships with clients and an outstanding reputation for always serving his clients’ priorities, finding the ideal property, and negotiating the best terms and price, whether buying or selling.

Sandy has been an active broker in the greater Puget Sound commercial real community since 1988, when he joined his father’s company as a property manager, and he has played a key role in the development and syndication of their Mercer Island, Monroe and Renton Storage Court facilities. In addition, he has extensive experience in performing commercial market evaluations, lease and financial analyses tailored to specific projects and properties.

He has helped a number of landlords and tenants work through leases, purchases and sales. Sandy has also managed syndication, solicited investment partners and currently acts as an asset manager for a number of family properties, partnerships and syndications.

More than anything, Sandy believes in integrity and viewing the client’s goals as his own. Because he began his career in his own family’s commercial real estate business, Sandy is able to understand his clients in a way other real estate agents simply are not.

He is a member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, Commercial Brokers Association, Washington State CCIM Chapter and Mercer Island Rotary. He also serves on the Board of the Seattle Sephardic Brotherhood.
